Kesavan Balasingham
Executive Assistant
Kesavan is currently enrolled at Tyndale working to complete his B.R.E. He finds that God is using his training at Tyndale for full time ministry work. He brings experience in the IT field, health counselling and coordinating. Before joining ListenUP TV he worked for the IT department at Tyndale. 
Gloria Davis
Executive Assistant
Gloria has worked the past eight years in an Executive support role both at Muskoka Woods Sports Resort, and since 2004 at Listen Up TV.  She brings to the Listen Up team expertise in office and staff management. Outside of her work, she likes to spend time with her husband and two year old daughter.
Lesley Delmar
Viewer Feedback Coordinator
Lesley has been interacting with Listen Up TV viewers since 2006. She has a background in teaching and sports coaching and is committed to building online friendships with people who want to talk. Lesley is married and has three rapidly growing children.
Moussa Faddoul
Videographer/Editor
Moussa has been independently producing and freelancing since 2004. He holds a graduate diploma in communications from Concordia University in Montreal, a BA in Marketing from Notre Dame University (NDU) in Beirut and a graduate diploma in Philosophy from Regis College in Toronto. Jeff Groenewald
Director of Development and Strategy
Jeff has spent the past 20 years building organizations in the non-profit world. He has a passion for innovation – finding ways to get the job done better, and faster. As Director of Development and Strategy, he is building Listen Up’s donor base and growing its media impact. Jeff is married with two teenage kids and enjoys travel, golf, music, and great coffee!
Alison Hardman
Development Coordinator
Alison has worked in fund raising for many years. Her recent experience before joining Listen Up TV was The Lung Association. She bring event planning and managing experience. Alison is married and has three children.
Darren Kaulback
Director
Darren has directed several television series for both national and international markets. His work has aired on Global, CTV, YTV, SportsNet, TSN, CBC Newsworld, Vision TV, PBS, The Outdoor Life Network, The SuperChannel (UK), and PAX. Darren currently resides in Hamilton, ON with his wife and two daughters.
Patricia Paddey
Associate Producer
In addition to working as associate producer, researcher and writer with Listen Up, Patricia works as a freelance writer and media relations consultant. A graduate of Ryerson's Radio and Television Arts program, she has a background working in and with the mainstream media on news and entertainment programming. Her articles, columns and opinion pieces have been published in The Globe and Mail, Christianity Today's Leadership Journal, Faith Today, Christian Week, and Women Alive.
Rikki Ratliff
Associate Producer & Field Reporter
Rikki is a journalism graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma. She held an internship for an ABC affiliate in her hometown of Oklahoma City, before interning as a Production Assistant for Listen Up TV. She brings to Canada and to Listen Up her passion for “telling stories that matter” in her current role as an Associate Producer and Field Reporter.
Hal Roberts
Production Coordinator/Producer
Hal is Listen Up TV's Production Coordinator and Producer. Originally from Calgary, Alberta Hal has 22 years in the broadcast industry. Experience includes anchoring/producing with the CBC and working as an entertainment anchor for CMT. Hal also hosted/produced Autovision on Global TV, Our Town on Corus Entertainment of Canada and We Mean Business for SUN TV. He spent 10 years in radio hosting/producing. Prior to Listen Up, Hal worked as a reporter/field producer for Faith Journal on CTS.
