Ideas, influences and discovery that has shaped the journey of Dr. Maxine Hancock is the subject of a new 6 part series that begins airing on Vision TV, Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. "Hancock and Company" is an indepth interview program where the Alberta professor probes contemporaries who have influenced her to find words for her own ideas. Guests include poet Luci Shaw, editor Doris Anderson, a feminist leader of the 60's and 70's, disabled advocate Walt Lawrence, UN peace activist Douglas Roche, historical novelist Grace Irwin, and Western Report founder Ted Byfield. Hancock feels the program "brings out a deep shared humanity into what it is to be alive in this generation."

Shot on location with guests, the attractive program is the creation of award winning producer Karen Pascal of Windborne Productions in Markham, Ontario.

Hancock and Company follows Pascal's Mandate for the Millenium, a 6 week series with Hancock, Dr. Tony Compolo, Brian Stiller and Vijay Krishnan which completes it's Tuesday night run on Vision December 9th.
